As you can imagine, Brexit has caused a lot of chaos and confusion for UK based businesses when it comes to selling goods to customers in the EU. To compound the confusion, new EU VAT laws came into effect on July 1st 2021 which modify the rules yet again, and many companies are currently struggling to implement these new rules into their eCommerce businesses. In our attempt to dispel some of this confusion, we have begun researching this issue ourselves.
